Welcome to 651 ARTS at the new L10 Arts and Cultural Center!

Our new home, centrally located in Downtown Brooklyn, is a light-filled, state-of-the-art facility overlooking the heart of Brooklyn's cultural district. 

With an area of 12,500 square feet, including a theater, two studios, conference rooms and office space, 651 ARTS now offers our community and guests opportunities for rehearsals, performances and a variety of events.

THE STUDIOS

Studio 1

Studio 1 is the perfect space for company rehearsal, presentation and conferences, private events.

The space features:

  • Harlequin Solid Wood sprung dance floor with black marley installed. (The marley can be removed for a fee, time permitting.)
  • 88-inch digital display with audio system connectivity (HDMI) 
  • State-of-the-art sound system (via Bluetooth or 1/8″ TRS Mini plug (headphone))
  • Wall to ceiling curtain that covers two walls (mirror and TV wall) and can be tucked away in its own alcove.
  • Separately controlled solar and blackout blinds
  • Dimmable preset lighting options
  • 32 ft x 26 ft

Rental Rates:

  • Rehearsals
    • Non-Profit Organization: $25 per hour
    • Commercial Organization: $55 per hour
  • Workshops
    • Non-Profit Organization: $75 per hour
    • Commercial Organization: $105 per hour

The minimum rental time must be at least two hours.

Studio 3

Studio 3

Studio 3 is the perfect space for classroom, presentation, conference, and private events.

The space features:

  • Solid wood floor (not sprung)
  • Permanently mounted 5,200 lumen Panasonic projector with a 133-inch diagonal motorized projection screen with audio system connectivity (HDMI)
  • State-of-the-art sound system (via Bluetooth or 1/8″ TRS Mini plug (headphone))
  • Grey glass windows with controllable solar shades.
  • Dimmable preset lighting options
  • 25 ft x 17 ft (usable space is less due to column obstructions)

Rental Rates:

  • Rehearsals
    • Non-Profit Organization: $25 per hour
    • Commercial Organization: $55 per hour
  • Workshops
    • Non-Profit Organization: $75 per hour
    • Commercial Organization: $105 per hour

MEETING ROOMS

Light and spacious, our meeting rooms offer beautiful horizon views of Brooklyn, offering an elevated experience. 

Each meeting room comes with a large worktable and 8 chairs. Choose between two separate spaces or collapse the whiteboard-partition for one large space, perfect for larger group meetings and gatherings. 

Meeting Room 1 features:

  • Two walls of north-west facing windows overlooking Flatbush and Lafayette. 
  • 48-inch digital display (HDMI connection)
  • A built-in whiteboard 
  • 20 ft x 13 ft

Meeting Room 2 features: 

  • One wall of north-west facing windows overlooking Lafayette, the more private of the two rooms. 
  • 88-inch digital display (HDMI connection)
  • A built-in whiteboard
  • 20 ft x 15 ft

Rental Rates:

Meeting Room 1:

    • Non-Profit Organization: $20 per hour
    • Commercial Organization: $40 per hour

Meeting Room 2:

    • Non-Profit Organization: $20 per hour
    • Commercial Organization: $40 per hour

Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 Combined:

    • Non-Profit Organization: $40 per hour
    • Commercial Organization: $80 per hour

The minimum rental time must be at least four hours.

THEATER

Our state-of-the-art-theater is perfect for hosting your next performance, screening, social gathering, or perhaps a mixture of them all.

This flexible space has a standard seating capacity of 71 with an additional 50 seats available.
